Bye ... bye ... Japan

Winter time ...

Time goes by..

A year passed already .. time to go home ...
Bye bye Osaka ,  cherry blossoms , sukiyaki , shasimi , sushi  , takoyaki and every thing i can't call one by one ...

Bye ... Sofie Omae , Keichi Omae , Tomoharu , Masayuki  , okasan , obasan , onechan hope  we can meet again very soon ...  

uh.. uh... can't hardly wait to back to Bandung my home town ...
i want to have my own noodles  " Mie Ayam " my favorit one ...

Let me share my secret recipe 

" Mie Ayam / Chicken noodles "

basic ingredients: 
noodles
chicken stock 

materials to complement:
mushrooms
chicken
scallions
garlic
soy sauce
spices (salt, white sugar, pepper)

how to make :
mushrooms and minced chicken in the rough
thinly sliced scallions

fried garlic with a little oil, put the chicken until half cooked, add mushrooms, give a little water, add spices and soy sauce, scallions last input
cook until cooked

the way it presents:
Boiled noodles until cooked, drained, place on top of bowl
give a little chicken stock depending on taste, sprinkle it on chicken and mushrooms that have been cooked and fried onions
